If you are interested in donating a house or obtaining a better understanding of how donating a house works please call Dan at 400-1921 or send him an email through our CONTACT page. We are a non-profit organization so this would be 100% tax deductible with all profit from sales of donated houses going to charity with no overhead or administration costs deducted. If you are interested in making a monetary donation, it is also 100% tax deductible, use the donate button here on this page.
